Production Engineer | Role Overview Arccos is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to strengthen our Hardware Team. This role owns production engineering execution across existing products and new hardware development, ensuring reliable manufacturing output, disciplined NPI launches, and continuous process improvement. This is a builder–operator role. The Production Engineer will partner closely with operations, factory partners, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable production systems. Production & Factory Execution • Travel domestically and internationally (Asia, UK, Europe) to support factory partners • Evaluate and improve factory processes, tooling, and line setups • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions • Ensure output targets, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently achieved New Product Introduction (NPI) • Lead NPI efforts from concept through volume ramp • Create structured NPI plans ensuring on-time, on-budget launches • Incorporate DFX principles across new product developments • Provide FMEA inputs and support qualification activities Experience • 10+ years in production, manufacturing, or hardware engineering roles • Hands-on experience ramping electro-mechanical products into volume production • Experience working directly with factories in the U.S. and Asia Technical Expertise • Strong understanding of PCB assembly (SMT and through-hole), enclosure design, injection molding, and tooling • Proficient reviewing schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, CAD files, drawings, and process flows • Experience supporting regulatory certification (FCC, CE, UL) and internal qualification programs Qualifications • Minimum BSC in a related Science and/or Engineering discipline Benefits • Competitive Compensation – We offer a market-competitive salary structure designed to attract and retain top talent. • Comprehensive Health Coverage – Access to competitively priced medical, dental and vision insurance through our nationwide Professional Employer Organization (PEO). • 401(k) with Company Match – Plan for your future with our employer-sponsored 401(k) program and company matching contributions. • Flexible Time Off – Enjoy an unlimited PTO policy built on trust, accountability and performance. • Golf Reimbursements – We support your passion for the game and the opportunity to utilize and test our unique product offerings. • People and Culture – Join a highly engaged, passionate team that values collaboration, initiative, and a shared love for what we do.
