About Perosphere Technologies Perosphere Technologies is revolutionizing point-of-care diagnostics for patients at risk of bleeding and thrombosis. Our flagship product, the ClotChek Coagulometer, is the only point-of-care device that measures clotting times across drug classes, including Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOACs). Perosphere is backed by investors including Advantage Capital Partners, Ambit Health Ventures, and NIH, with commercial launch in Europe in 2024 and upcoming U.Position Overview Role: Senior Manager or Director of Marketing Perosphere is seeking an experienced marketing leader to support strategic initiatives and develop the go-to-market strategy for a hospital-focused diagnostic. The role focuses on healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and the commercial launch of the diagnostic technology. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, hospital adoption, and successful launches, with expertise in hospital-based product launches and working with HCPs in neurology, emergency medicine, cardiology, and hematology, grounded in evidence-based marketing. Key Responsibilities Launch Strategy & Brand Development: Lead strategic planning, brand messaging, and launch plans; translate complex clinical data into compelling narratives and educational content; design omnichannel marketing campaigns for hospital-based HCPs and decision-makers. Go-to-Market & Hospital Access: Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and operations to align on plans; build tools/resources to drive awareness, education, and adoption in hospital settings. Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage stakeholder insights, competitive landscape, and market research to drive plans; monitor KPIs, adjust strategies, stay current with clinical data; partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution. Operational & Budget Management: Manage and allocate budget efficiently; ensure materials meet regulatory and legal standards. About You (Qualifications) 10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience with increasing responsibility. Professional experience with Point of Care (PoC), devices, or hospital-based products. Significant HCP marketing experience with a track record launching drugs in hospital or acute care settings. Understanding of DOACs or anticoagulation, cardiovascular, or hospital-based therapeutic areas preferred. Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory environments. excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with access challenges, reimbursement strategies, and formulary dynamics in hospital settings in the US and European markets. experience managing budgets, agency partnerships, and project execution. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, or PharmD preferred. Willingness to travel up to 30% US/internationally for launch preparation, meetings, and customer engagement.
