Manage customer sales relations, process orders, coordinate with production and logistics, and support Key Account Manager.
Minimum 2 years office experience, fluent English, high school diploma, teamwork and customer interaction skills, Office 365 knowledge.
Hours: 8-4:30am Duration: 3+ months Pay: 24-26/hr Must Haves (3-5 max): • Has experience with being the first face of the customers • Great in Communication and well organized • Self Managed and Proactive • Able to manage their tasks with and without pressure • Someone that is good with numbers (some metric knowledge) • Most importantly reliable • No Jumpy Resumes will be considered without reasonable explanations This role will be reporting to Vice President but trained by Sales Manager in house and our Sales Manager in Italy via Teams. MISSION : Manage all the sales relations with customers and function as a support to the Key Account Manager RESPONSABILITIES : • Handle all offers to customers until the arrival of the purchase order with the respect of all the sales terms. • Review that all the sales terms are respected prior processing the customer purchase order • Process of all the customers’ orders and loading them into the company software program • Confirm deliveries to customers based on the production workload consulting the production manager when needed • Report to the Key Account Manager everything that relates to the sales, information about competitors, development of new products discussed with customers, prices etc. • Process in the system all the claims received by customer and forward them to the quality dept. • Assist the Key Account Manager with the issuing of monthly reports and statistics. • Maintain effective customer relationships through timely, professional, courteous and accurate responses; • Issuing and process all the paperwork related to shipping (labels, packing slips, invoicing) and scheduling pick up with truck companies • Communicating on a daily basis with customers in regards to orders status. Report to: • Directly report to Key Account Manager and Vice President • Work with all different departments of the company (especially logistic and warehouse) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : • Be able to work as a team member and to interact with customers; • Fluent in English both written and verbal • Fluent in Spanish is a plus • Knowledge on how to operate Office 365 • 2 years’ experience in an office related environment (sales background is preferable) • High school diploma or higher education achievement For eligible employees, we offer Health, Dental and Vision insurances, in addition to a 401(k).
