• **LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY*** Our client, a HNI family office with an extensive portfolio of organizations, is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to provide critical support to the procurement team by streamlining processes and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day procurement activities. This role is estimated at a 4+ month contract and will serve as a central coordination point, handling requests, driving process improvements, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, excellent communication skills, and experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage and prioritize procurement requests to balance strategic and tactical needs. • Support the end-to-end S2P lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Accounts Payable, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless workflows. • Serve as the procurement subject matter expert (SME) on cross-functional projects. • Troubleshoot procurement issues across systems, processes, and policies. • Leverage procurement systems (Coupa strongly preferred) to manage POs, approvals, and supplier onboarding. • Provide reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field. • 5+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience. • Strong knowledge of S2P/P2P processes (requisition, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, supplier management). • Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems (preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and overall strong computer skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal teams. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Irving, TX and Immediate availability to start by 9/15 required.
