Full Description

We have partnered with a growing publicly traded business services firm in North Dallas on a newly created role for a Controller focused on M&A activity. This is a highly visible, hands on role that will play a major role as the company continues to grow and acquire companies. 50-60% of the role will be involved with assisting in the evaluation of potential acquisitions, due diligence, quality of earnings, etc. The remaining 40-50% will be focused on post transaction integration of the people, systems, and processes as it relates to the Accounting functions of the newly acquired organizations. Compensation: $150k- $170k plus 20% bonus Must haves to be considered: • M&A experience / Transaction Advisory • Hands on full cycle accounting experience, not just "reviewing it" • Public Accounting and Industry experience • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed Nice to haves: • CPA
