Perform assembly, packaging, inspection, and shipping of medical device parts while operating machines and completing required documentation.
Previous manufacturing experience, ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds, and basic inspection skills.
In this position, you will perform assembly, packaging, shipping functions, and operate machines and equipment to fabricate parts for assembly, and sub-assembly of parts. You will complete required paperwork. This is a 2nd Shift position in Utica, NY with the hours of 3:30 pm - 12:00 am. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Perform manufacturing assembly, sub-assembly, inspection, and packaging duties to assemble, ship select medical devices following companies' policies and procedures. Operate machine set up by another with defined adjustments. Load/Unload parts and cut/trim parts using established procedures/tools. Sustain and maintain 5s standards. Inspect parts - visual and using basic gauges. Complete required paperwork to include preparing labels, maintaining production logs, and recording process results. Physical requirements: Must be able to perform at workbench according to CONMED standard practices and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted. Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience.
