The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in software procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations, ensuring cost-effective and compliant sourcing strategies that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of software licenses and subscriptions for internal use. • Manage acquisition of embedded software for integration into products and solutions. • Oversee software procurement for resale purposes, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with software vendors and partners. • Analyze market trends, evaluate supplier capabilities, and recommend sourcing strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Finance, and Legal) to align procurement activities with organizational needs. • Monitor contract performance, ensure compliance, and manage renewals. • Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing and supplier management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software commodity management, software procurement, or IT sourcing. • Strong knowledge of software licensing models, compliance requirements, and supplier ecosystems. • Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
