Full Description

Role: Vista ERP Project Manager Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as ERP Project Manager / Delivery Lead Strong experience managing ERP initiatives focused on Order Management (OM) and Pricing Deep understanding of order-to-cash flow (quote/pricing → order entry → fulfillment → invoicing) Experience with pricing constructs: price lists, discounting, customer agreements, surcharges, rebates (as applicable) Strong exposure to interfaces/integrations around OM & pricing (EDI, middleware, WMS/3PL, legacy systems) Experience managing UAT/SIT, regression, cutover, go-live and hypercare Strong governance skills: RAID, status reporting, executive communication Proven experience leading onsite-offshore cross-functional teams (business + IT + vendors) Strong knowledge of SDLC, change control, release management Strong SDLC and ERP governance knowledge Good to have skills: · Exposure to Vista ERP master data areas impacting OM/Pricing (Customers, Items, Contracts, Ship-to/Bill-to) · Experience with data migration/conversion impacting OM and pricing objects · Working knowledge of SQL for validation/reconciliation (order, pricing, customer data checks) · Experience with production support / incident management for OM & pricing issues · Agile or Hybrid Agile–Waterfall delivery experience · Manufacturing or distribution domain experience (pricing complexity, channel/customer tiering) Roles & Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Vista ERP projects for Order Management and Pricing workstreams • Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and dependencies • Drive requirements workshops with business teams and translate into delivery plans • Coordinate configuration/enhancements for OM and pricing rules, including testing strategy • Manage integration dependencies (EDI, middleware, WMS/3PL, billing/invoicing systems) • Oversee SIT/UAT execution, defect triage, and resolution governance • Execute cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare stabilization • Provide clear weekly executive reporting, RAID updates, and action tracking • Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit, and quality standards • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams Key Words to search in Resume Vista ERP Project Manager Vista ERP Order Management (OM) Pricing / Price Lists / Discounts / Customer Agreements Order-to-Cash (O2C) Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) EDI / Integrations / Interfaces WMS / 3PL / Fulfillment UAT / SIT / Cutover / Hypercare RAID / Stakeholder Management Pre-Screening Questionnaire Vista Mainframe ERP Experience: Experience managing Vista ERP projects focused on Order Management and Pricing (modules, scope, environments).
