Wireless Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Wireless Customer Service Representatives deliver in-person, personalized sales presentations to businesses, demonstrating how Frontier’s offerings can enhance productivity, connectivity, and security. • Promote limited-time offers, discounts, or bundled packages to increase the likelihood of closing sales. • Engage with customers to promote products and services, explain features, and encourage the adoption of Frontier’s offerings • Keep an accurate record of customer interactions, feedback, and preferences • Ensure all communications with customers adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations • Join Wireless Customer Service Representative meetings to help resolve any issues that arise • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics related to new customer acquisitions Wireless Customer Service Representative Requirements: • Wireless Customer Service Representatives must have at least 2 years of complete college coursework or related work experience • Experience in sales, customer service or customer support roles preferred but not required • Dependable transportation to travel to and from various field locations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Active listening skills • Experience with public speaking a plus • Comfortable engaging with customers face to face • Able to think on your feet and adapt to changing environments At our company, we’re not just offering a job, we’re offering a chance to build a career.
