As a vital member of the executive leadership, you will ensure compliance with laws and regulations and offer strategic insights on a variety of legal matters, including contracts, partnerships, employment law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. We're looking for a candidate with a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, coupled with 7-10+ years of legal experience, ideally encompassing a mix of both law firm and in-house counsel roles. Preference will be given to those with experience in information services, enterprise SaaS, or high-growth/private-equity-backed environments. This position demands exceptional skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and communication, as well as the ability to influence cross-functionally and demonstrate strong business judgment. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ESG frameworks is highly desirable.
