About the Job The Vice President is a senior executive with industry-specific expertise and the entrepreneurial spirit to develop new business opportunities while driving the firm’s performance through strong client management, new business generation, and talent development. With deep expertise in Tourism and Travel, Trade and Public and Media Relations, the senior executive plays a critical role in leading cross-functional businesses and strategic initiatives and provides cutting-edge products to support the clients’ and the firm’s mid- to long-term strategic business objectives. Serves as a role model and mentor, ensuring top-tier talent and overseeing key clients and financial metrics, including contribution, working capital, and overall team performance. They innovate and adopt new approaches that strengthen the firm’s digital marketing capabilities and enhance client revenue opportunities, demonstrating resilience and the ability to drive business in any market environment. Responsibilities • Identifies and capitalizes on emerging market trends and opportunities, driving innovative solutions to expand the business footprint. • Identify emerging market trends and pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, outreach, and strong RFP leadership. • Lead all business development efforts, setting and achieving profitable goals aligned with company priorities. • Develops overall strategic communications programs for clients • Demonstrates advanced writing skills and can supervise the writing of others • Develop strategic digital programs and solutions for new and existing clients, offering informed counsel and acting quickly on feedback. • Build and grow senior-level client relationships and manage practice profitability and KPIs. • Use analytics, dashboards, and insights to guide strategic decisions and business growth. • Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance offerings and drive long-term client value. • Mentor, coach, and develop staff, ensuring accountability, skill growth, and strong performance. • Commit to continuous leadership development and adopt innovative methods that strengthen the firm’s digital capabilities and client revenue opportunities. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create integrated strategies and solutions. Experience & Qualifications • 12–15 years of experience in professional services, journalism, PR, marketing, advertising, media, communications, or equivalent client-side roles. • BA/BS required; graduate degree in business or a relevant specialty preferred. • Proven track record of building and expanding new business relationships. • Strong understanding of professional services/consultancy models. • Deep expertise in Tourism and travel, Trade and Public and Media Relations
