Vice President, Project Delivery and EPC About the Company Accomplished renewable energy company Industry Renewables & Environment Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead the project delivery of utility-scale solar and storage assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the in-house construction team, shaping and executing delivery plans, and strengthening internal systems to support a growing portfolio of build-ready assets. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in large-scale renewable energy or solar infrastructure projects, with a proven track record in a top-level management position. The VP will oversee the full lifecycle of EPC execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Key duties for the Vice President include managing active construction across multiple sites, overseeing contractor execution, and leading a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and field staff. The role also involves close collaboration with teams across development, legal, operations, and finance to ensure smooth project handoff and execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction planning, cost control, permitting processes, and safety oversight, and will be skilled in coordinating across departments, negotiating with stakeholders, and managing complex workflows. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline is preferred, with a certification in project management being a bonus.
