This includes building and leading a high-performing category management organization, partnering with business unit leaders to understand demand, and embedding supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation into sourcing strategies. The role also involves overseeing key spend categories, leading major RFPs, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
