The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as an entrepreneur to develop a book of business, establishing and maintaining a new business pipeline, and consulting with clients to identify and meet their needs. This role requires the ability to engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and to work closely with the client service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and independent professional with a strong network, capable of recognizing and seizing business opportunities. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of related experience, and the appropriate insurance licensing.
