This pivotal role involves creating and implementing a cohesive development and donor stewardship plan that aligns with the national fundraising strategy and meets annual revenue goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategy and total revenue raised in the field, providing strategic direction and hands-on support across various revenue streams, and ensuring regional teams are equipped to build strong partnerships with local corporate and foundation donors. The VP will also serve as a strategic advisor, fostering a culture of philanthropy, and activating relationships with the Regional Advisory Council to enhance giving opportunities. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Field Development position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic philanthropy, with a proven track record of leading diverse fundraising teams and meeting revenue targets.
