The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, fostering an engineering culture that values learning, innovation, and inclusion, and implementing processes to support both individual and team productivity. While direct experience in the political or progressive tech space is not mandatory, the VP of Engineering should be adept at quickly understanding industry landscapes and effectively communicating technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. The role also involves technical IC work, including coding, and technical leadership in guiding the company's technical vision and architecture roadmap.
