The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key state and national clients, with a focus on business development, account management, client retention, and business expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker who is relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on service and a passion for building lasting client connections. The VP will be expected to develop new business, manage a portfolio of existing accounts, and work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will be an advanced communicator, highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Business Development include developing industry relationships, managing inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships for referrals.
