Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis About the Company Respected organization in the financial services industry Industry Financial Services Type Public Company About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (VP FP&A) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, partnering with the executive team to develop long-term financial strategies, and overseeing the planning and forecasting processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and corporate finance, as well as the ability to deliver high-impact analysis on business performance. The VP FP&A will also be a key player in cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and will support investor relations and board meetings with financial materials and presentations. Applicants for the VP FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in FP&A, is required.
