This role is pivotal in influencing the firm's business development direction and performance, with a focus on centralizing and formalizing initiatives to support growth and expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement strategies, particularly in the areas of CRM platform rollout, market research implementation, and industry-focused growth strategies. A key responsibility will be to launch a coordinated client engagement model to deepen relationships and enhance long-term impact.
