• Position: Systems Analyst 3(Business Analyst) • Location: Austin, TX (Remote) • Duration: 10 Months contact About the Role: • Client is seeking two experienced Systems Analyst 3 professionals to support the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules. • The ideal candidate will be a hands-on functional business analyst with strong PeopleSoft experience, able to work with business stakeholders, document requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and lead end-to-end testing efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements, processes, and system capabilities to identify improvement opportunities. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts. • Develop detailed functional specifications, workflows, and documentation. • Perform end-to-end system testing and validate integrations with legacy and third-party systems. • Support the implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR and Billing modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery. • Assist with data mapping, training, and system documentation. • Provide production support and enhancements as needed. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. • Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing module implementations. • Hands-on experience conducting fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, and system testing. • Experience working with Microsoft O365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Experience working in large, collaborative, and remote team environments. Preferred Skills: • Experience in General Ledger or CAPPS Financials (Texas CPA) systems. • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). • Experience using Jira, SharePoint, and Scrum/Agile framework. • Prior experience working with public sector or state agencies. Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00 - $69.00 per hour Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Business or Systems Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2: 8 years (Preferred) • Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing module implementations: 5 years (Preferred) • fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, and system testing: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
