A successful Research Program Manager will be organized, with proven project management experience, shifting seamlessly between helping to drive larger org priorities and smaller daily tasks. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with Meta Technologies stakeholders for budget tracking, coordinating with survey reviewers and delegates, tracking research projects across teams, supporting the creation of an internal archive.Develop tools and programs, prioritization, and project managementPlan, direct, or coordinate activities related to Meta Technologies ResearchCoordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience with project management, research, or operations or equivalent experienceExperience working effectively with all levels of management, including influencing stakeholders with conflicting prioritiesStrong communication skillsProven experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting prioritiesProject management and communications (long- and short-form) experienceExperience cultivating internal relationshipsTrack record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
