Senior Vice President, Operations About the Company Accomplished clinical imaging contract research organization (CRO) Industry Research Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead its global delivery organization. The successful candidate will be a key executive responsible for shaping the company's operational framework, driving integration across acquired entities, and ensuring excellence in delivery performance for top-tier biopharma clients. This high-impact leadership role involves modernizing and scaling operations through KPI-driven governance, automation, and AI adoption, as well as mentoring a cross-functional team of senior leaders. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise-wide KPIs, leading operational integration, establishing governance frameworks for strategic clients, and partnering with scientific and technical teams to operationalize AI and workflow automation. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience within a clinical imaging CRO or a closely related service provider, with a proven track record in developing KPI/SLA governance structures and scalable operational models.
