Senior Manager Program Management – Capital Projects (Remote/Hybrid; On-site strongly preferred near San Jose, CA or Minneapolis, MN | Full-time) Position Highlights: • Position: Senior Program Manager – Capital Projects • Location: Hybrid; On-site strongly preferred near San Jose, CA or Minneapolis, MN • Salary Range: $85,000 – $125,000 base, depending on experience • Bonus: 8% – 15%, depending on level • Level: Senior Program Manager • Industry: Manufacturing / Consumer Products • Reports To: Director of Program Management (PMO) • Travel: 20–30% across U.S. sites Position Overview We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager – Capital Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital investments across our manufacturing sites. This role will serve as the central point of coordination within the PMO, driving consistency, accountability, and transparency across all initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality, the Senior Program Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong capital project management expertise, operational readiness, and the ability to influence across multiple sites and functions.
