Full-Time | High-Impact Role We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter who knows how to move fast, source hard-to-find talent, and keep a nursing home fully staffed—no excuses, no slowdowns. What You’ll Do • Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles in our nursing home buildings: CNAs, Nurses, Therapists, Dietary, Housekeeping, Leadership, and more. • Build high-volume pipelines using creative sourcing strategies—not just posting ads and waiting. • Maintain weekly staffing dashboards and work closely with facility administrators to hit hiring targets. • Drive a fast, efficient hiring process: screening, scheduling, managing offers, and closing candidates quickly. • Proactively track turnover trends and get ahead of staffing needs before they become urgent. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates, schools, and professional networks. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, skilled nursing, or high-volume hiring. • Someone who hates empty positions and won’t rest until the building is fully staffed. • A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait for direction. • Strong sourcing skills—Indeed, social media, community outreach, referral strategies, job fairs, cold outreach, you name it. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner closely with facility leaders. • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
