This pivotal role focuses on developing and securing partnerships with premium player associations and individual athletes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who excels in communication and teamwork, and demonstrates a strong background in business development, sponsorship, and athlete endorsements. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the sports sponsorship and marketing landscape, with the ability to identify promising target brands. As a strategic thinker and creative seller, you will craft compelling long-term partnership solutions tailored to meet client needs and drive results. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborating with the VP and Sales Strategy team to pinpoint market opportunities • Creating engaging partnership platforms and executing a robust sales strategy to exceed revenue targets • Leading a small sales team and delivering unique activations in line with client goals The right fit will have at least 15 years of experience in direct sales or business development within a major sports league or agency, along with a strong network of industry connections. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in sales CRM software, along with a passion for sports, media, entertainment, and athlete empowerment, is essential.
