Overview We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Senior Director, Chief Operating Officer specializing in Concierge Longevity Medicine to lead and optimize our operational framework. This executive role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in healthcare operations, business development, and organizational management. The successful candidate will drive strategic planning initiatives, oversee complex operations, and foster innovation within the rapidly evolving field of longevity medicine. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. • Lead and oversee all facets of operations management, including clinical services, administrative functions, and client engagement processes. • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and expanding service offerings within the longevity medicine sector. • Manage large-scale projects related to program development, process improvements, and technology integration to streamline workflows and elevate client experiences. • Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining operational integrity. • Lead change management initiatives to adapt swiftly to industry innovations, regulatory changes, and organizational growth demands. • Implement robust quality assurance protocols and compliance measures in line with healthcare regulations and best practices. Qualifications • Extensive experience in healthcare operations management with a focus on executive leadership roles such as COO or senior director level within medical or wellness services. • Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and managing large teams with supervising experience. • Demonstrated expertise in change management, process improvement, and program management within complex organizational environments. • Strong background in operations management including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment. • Familiarity with longevity medicine or personalized healthcare sectors is highly desirable; relevant certifications or advanced degrees in healthcare administration are preferred. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vision clearly across all levels of the organization.
