The successful candidate will be responsible for providing scientific support for clinical trials across the Neuroscience platform, with a specific emphasis on patients with neurological and psychiatric conditions. This role requires a critical thinker with a deep understanding of Neuroscience, Neuropsychology, and measurement science. The Clinical Research Scientist will be involved in the design and execution of phase 2/3 studies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and serving as a scientific resource for study teams and departments. Specific responsibilities include clinical planning, trial execution, scientific data dissemination, regulatory support activities, and continued development of scientific and technical expertise. Applicants must have a doctoral-level degree in Clinical Neuropsychology, with at least 2 years of industry or academic experience beyond any postdoctoral positions. The role demands a candidate with a strong scientific track record, including publications and conference presentations, and experience in working with adults with neurological and/or psychiatric disorders. The ideal candidate will be adept at statistical and psychometric analyses, and have a proven ability to engage in scientific and medical activities.
