THE OPPORTUNITY A fast-growing residential communities company is seeking a Sales Training Specialist & Program Manager to own and drive our cohort-based sales onboarding program. This role is for someone who combines strong facilitation skills with a program management mindset — someone who doesn't just deliver training, but builds and continuously improves the systems behind it. RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management • Own end-to-end execution of cohort-based new hire onboarding for Sales & Leasing Agents • Keep curriculum current and aligned as tools, processes, and priorities evolve • Manage all logistics: scheduling, communications, LMS administration, and stakeholder coordination Facilitation & Delivery • Deliver engaging training sessions via ILT, virtual facilitation, role play, and hands-on practice • Develop deep expertise in company sales processes, systems, and customer experience standards • Travel approximately every 3 weeks to deliver in-person training at hub locations across the U.S. Field Enablement • Partner with sales managers to support new hire transitions from training to on-the-job performance • Create job aids, facilitator guides, and blended learning assets that drive consistency in the field • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and People Ops to identify and close gaps Continuous Improvement • Measure onboarding effectiveness through assessments, feedback, observation, and performance data • Identify opportunities to improve speed-to-performance and implement solutions proactively • Maintain scalable, up-to-date curriculum and learning resources REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree required • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, sales training, or property management training • Proven ability to facilitate confidently in-person and virtually • Strong project management skills — organized, detail-oriented, and dependable • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority • Data-driven: able to measure training impact and translate results into action • Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and virtual learning/LMS tools • Ability to travel approximately every 3 weeks, including out-of-state • Must pass a criminal background check ABOUT THE COMPANY This is a fast-growing, people-first company in the residential communities space.
