Key Responsibilities: In this rewarding role, you will: • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes that enhance efficiency and quality • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Finance to align operational activities with business goals • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operations • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement and innovation • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to drive operational excellence • Serve and add value as a Member of the Leadership Team. Participate in all Leadership Team EOS meetings and events. • Training and developing an effective operations chain of leadership with a sustainable span of control to influence expected outcomes (above minimum standards, achieving tier expectations). • Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in salon performance. • Share opportunities with company leadership to improve P&L results based on experience and observations to improve practices. • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and influencing change in an organization. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of proven experience as an operations manager • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience managing P&L • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment THE TYPICAL SCHEDULE This is a full-time, remote position, requiring availability during CST/EST hours only.
