Confidential is a growing North American contract manufacturing company seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr. Manager – PMO Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across product development, operations, commercialization, and supply chain. This fully remote role requires strong program management skills and the ability to drive clarity and alignment at every phase of the product lifecycle. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project execution of cross-functional programs from concept to commercialization • Own and manage detailed project plans, critical paths, and milestone tracking • Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and manage change across stakeholders • Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and accountability • Serve as the primary liaison between departments, leadership, and external partners • Implement and refine governance frameworks, status reports, and KPI dashboards • Report on project progress, risks, and results to senior leadership • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and best practices • Mentor junior project team members or assist with function development, as needed Skills • 7+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years in enterprise-level setting • Worked in contract manufacturing, consumer products (CPG), or regulated production environments • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, multiple priorities, and diverse stakeholders • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills • Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project • Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous, and growth-focused settings Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Project Management or similar) strongly preferred Benefits • Full suite of medical, dental, and vision benefits Company Overview • Our clients come to us for help in recruiting the best mid-to-senior-level talents in the market.
