Full Description

Job Summary The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all VA certification requirements are in compliance. This position will run reports and audit the completion of mandatory certification/re-certification of network physicians according to timelines set by the VA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Maintains the administrative aspects of the Company’s certification procedures to meet VA requirements • Responsible for auditing of records of certification/re-certification in the Learning Management System (LMS) by creating and running reports, auditing against master files and regular communication of findings to management • Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports to track completed courses/audit report certifications which ones are about to expire • Send notification and follow up with providers that their certifications are about to expire • Apply prescriptive rules to affected providers to recertify and “expire” their certifications every 3 years • Pull daily reporting on providers that have not completed the certification/re-certifications which are close to expiration • Organize and maintain training and audit files • Provides updates to management in a timely manner • Prepares files, lists, copies, and other information to support certification audits • Assist with responses to inquiries or issues escalating as needed • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
