Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential company is focused on maintaining a positive workplace environment, and they are seeking an Employee Relations Partner to manage employee relations matters. The role involves handling workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and providing policy guidance to ensure compliance and fairness across the organization. Responsibilities • Serve as the main contact for employee relations matters, including complaints, conflicts, and policy questions. • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints such as harassment, discrimination, or policy violations. • Provide guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation and application of company policies and employment laws. • Document employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes in line with legal and internal requirements. • Support performance management processes, including coaching, corrective action, and separations. • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation discussions between employees or between employees and management. • Identify workplace trends and recommend enhancements to policies or practices. • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook in collaboration with Legal and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Collaborate with HR Operations on background check reviews and other employee lifecycle processes. • Develop and deliver training sessions on employee relations topics such as workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and compliance. • Work closely with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to support overall organizational initiatives. Skills • 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations within a large or matrixed organization. • Demonstrated experience managing complex investigations and working closely with Legal on cases with potential litigation exposure. • Strong working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, etc.). • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism. • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
