Here is more info: Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview Responsible for the administration of all ordered therapies in accordance with prescriber orders, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policies/procedures. This is a patient-facing role requiring onsite presence at Carelon Health centers. Key Responsibilities • Perform duties within the Nurse’s scope of practice, facility policies/procedures, INS Standards of Practice, and approved facility protocols. • Administer ordered therapies according to prescriber order and facility protocols. • Complete admission process as directed by Center Director. • Conduct physical assessments on patients as warranted; refer to NP on duty for complete assessments as needed. • Document all pertinent data in patient medical records. • Report significant changes or observations to the Center Director and follow up on identified problems. • Evaluate patient response to therapy and document findings. • Educate patients and/or family members regarding therapy plans. • Ensure all medication orders are complete, appropriate, accurate, and up to date prior to treatment. • Adhere to all applicable state, local, and federal laws/regulations, including HIPAA compliance. Qualifications • Education: ASN or ADN required; BSN preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Licensure: Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state required. Multi-state licensure required if providing services in multiple states. • Preferred Skills: IV therapy/infusions, vital signs monitoring, patient assessment, chart documentation, EMR experience (NextGen preferred). • Additional Requirements: • Previous management experience preferred. • Satisfactory completion of Tuberculosis test. • Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver required. Work Location & Schedule • Location Category: Onsite (5 days/week onsite, including clinics). • Environment: Care center/clinic setting with access to medication. • Schedule Options: • 5 × 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm). • 4 × 10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm). • Flexibility: May occasionally be asked to support other centers in the GA market. • Training: May require 1–2 weeks of training at Alpharetta location. Hiring Details • Positions Available: 2 RNs (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm) and 1 RN (Monday–Friday, 4 × 10-hour shifts, 8am–6pm). • Interview Process: Virtual interviews followed by onsite shadowing. • Role Focus: Direct patient care, medication administration, and documentation
