Bachelor's in business, finance, or accounting, with 5-6 years of oil & gas finance/credit experience, and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Paragon, Experion, S&P IQ, Moodys.
Our client is seeking a mid-senior level Credit Analyst with 5-6 years of oil & gas finance experience to support natural gas infrastructure operations (gathering, processing, storage, pipelines). This role offers direct exposure to commercial teams, risk management, and senior leadership, with strong potential for conversion to a permanent position. Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible Relocation Assistance: No Work Schedule: 8AM-5PM | Hybrid 4 Days Onsite (Mon-Thu), Remote Fridays Contract Duration: 3-6 months, with potential for permanent hire Responsibilities: • Review contracts and recommend credit terms. • Collaborate with trading, legal, and finance teams. • Mentor teammates and contribute to process improvements. • Issue letters of credit and guarantees per company guidelines. • Monitor exposures and produce daily/weekly/monthly risk reports. • Assess and set credit limits for counterparties in natural gas infrastructure projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. • Strong Power BI and Excel skills for reporting and analysis. • Hands-on experience with Paragon, Experion, S&P IQ, Moodys. • 5-6 years of oil & gas finance/credit experience, with infrastructure exposure (gathering, processing, storage, pipelines) • Ability to work onsite in Houston (Tulsa considered for strong candidates), with occasional travel.
