Job Title: Project/Program Manager IIDuration: 9 monthsLocation: Arlington VA - onsitePay Rate: $44 - $54 hourlyJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled temporary worker to support our AMER Summit season, covering 7 events across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This role will be responsible for comprehensive Airtable management of 7 content bases and speaker ready room interfaces. This involves managing approximately 1,200+ session and 3,000+ speaker airtables records. Their Airtable expertise will be crucial in designing and building complex bases that optimize content workflow and organization. This includes developing automated processes, creating custom views, forms, and interfaces to enhance user experience and productivity and conducting UATs to ensure accuracy. The position requires extensive experience in troubleshooting, writing, and building automations, scripts, forms, and interfaces in Airtable. They will be responsible for archiving event data in Airtable and removing any PII T+2 weeks in each Summit base. They will develop and replicate the Airtable content management template for 2026/2027. As part of the event support duties, they will maintain documentation and handle attendance and session survey data cleanup. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience with Airtable, a strong background in event management, exceptional data management and organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication capabilities.
