Company Overview A rapidly growing organization with over 75 years of proven manufacturing/service excellence in the Industrial Scale industry is looking for a seasoned Product Manager. The company is know for its high quality products and even more importantly, its employee/culture focus, believing in employee engagement, empowerment and development. Summary: This position is fully remote with limited travel to customers and corporate office only 20% of the time. We are looking for an individual who understands the Industrial Scale market and is looking for a growth position with and organization that offers autonomy as well as a strong support team to assist in making this position a success! We are looking for a strategic, analytical individual who loves the development of and release to market of established as well as innovative, exciting new products. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Responsibility for bringing new products and ideas to market by working with Management, sales, marketing, and engineering (product innovation committee). • Develop, maintain, refine market knowledge of competitive products-competitive matrix through use of Marketing and Sales. • Responsible for communication of the selling advantages of our product against major competitors via verbal and written communications. • Create/assist in conducting training materials for both technical and sales personnel for new products and/or enhancements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion from sales and marketing to product development an engineering to ensure a successful rollout of products. • Establish a standardized process or rollout plan for the introduction of a new product/feature across the business within product segment. • Direct communication to or with Marketing team for product spec sheets, website, etc. • Continuously monitor environment for opportunities and threats to line (market research, supplier mgmt.) • Competitively pricing product each year or as needed • Act as first, main contact for the product line and information will flow to and through the Product Manager. Qualifications: • 'Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • 3 to 10 years of experience in the Industrial Scale industry as a Product Manager required • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Highly strategic and analytical mindset • Must have a clear, overall understanding of the product market • Must be an individual who is creative, focused and excited by the goal of taking products from creation to market successfully Call to Action: If you are looking for a position with high career advancement possibilities, where your expertise, drive and industry product knowledge will be appreciated and supported, while working for a company focused on culture and employee engagement, this may be the role you have been waiting for!
