The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, planning, and control of activities that ensure the campus's overall performance. This includes overseeing all campus operations, such as admissions, financial aid, academics, student affairs, business office, and student records, and being accountable for meeting various goals and benchmarks in these areas. The role demands a leader who can create an engaging environment for staff, foster quality education and administrative processes, and ensure predictable financial performance. Applicants for the Campus President position at the company must have a Baccalaureate degree in education, healthcare management, or business, with a Master's degree and campus director/president experience highly preferred.
