Position Overview The Organizational Operations Manager leads the administrative, HR-support, and operational functions of the organization. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports compliance with federal and state requirements, strengthens internal systems, and promotes a positive, people-centered work culture. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational, human services, and business operations experience to support a rapidly growing, multi-program environment. Key Responsibilities – Operations & Compliance • Oversee organizational workflows, administrative systems, and operational procedures • Support compliance with all regulatory bodies and funding • Assist with documentation standards, audits, credentialing coordination, and reporting • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory, and business filings • Support budget preparation, financial tracking, and operational planning • Implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and transparency • Maintain key organizational calendars, renewal deadlines, and program requirements Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Support • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training coordination • Maintain HR documentation, employee files, policy updates, and internal procedures • Coordinate benefits enrollment, PTO and vacation tracking, and HR communication • Support leadership with performance review processes and corrective action documentation • Help promote a positive, ethical, supportive work environment • Assist with staff development and organizational culture-building initiatives Key Responsibilities – Administrative Leadership • Support supervisors and program managers in day-to-day operational needs • Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and workflow summaries • Maintain communication across departments to ensure alignment and consistency • Lead small projects to support expansion, new programs, and organizational structure • Provide executive-level support with scheduling, implementation, and administrative coordination Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in operations, HR support, compliance oversight, or program management • Experience in human services, behavioral health • Strong understanding of organizational systems, documentation, and operational workflows • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Work Environment & Benefits • Supportive, ethical, encouraging workplace • Manageable workload with strong administrative backing • Health benefits • Paid time off and paid vacation time • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement • A balanced environment that prioritizes well-being Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
