Divisional Vice President of Supply Chain Globally renowned supply chain services company Logistics and Supply Chain The Company is seeking a Divisional Vice President for Supply Chain to lead the strategic and operational management of its global supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a supply chain strategy that is in line with growth targets and KPIs, ensuring efficient and compliant processes that can scale to support the business. This role involves overseeing procurement operations, driving innovations to enhance service delivery, and leading a team to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture. The VP will also be tasked with establishing and enforcing governance for purchasing procedures, managing vendor relationships, and leading cross-functional collaboration to support strategic alignment. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement, with a proven track record of scaling operations in a global or high-growth environment. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics, and experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks are essential. The role requires a leader who can mentor and evaluate global teams, and who is adept at using data and performance metrics for continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree.
