About the Role We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Accounts Payable Lead to join our residential remodeling and construction company and play a central role in supporting financial operations, office management, and project coordination.This is a visible and trusted position that works directly with ownership, project mangers, clients, and vendors to ensure accuracy, organization, and operational continuity across multiple active construction projects. The role combines financial discipline, operational leadership, and office coordination helping projects move forward smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. This Is Not an Admin assistance Role We are hiring an operational anchor - a leadership seat inside the company. We need a high-level Office Manager who can own financial workflows, compliance systems, and contract administration with precision and discipline. This position is designed to grow with the company and can evolve into a Director of Operations as we scale. What You’ll Do - Financial Operations & Accounts Payable • Review, approve, and code invoices by project • Process vendor payments and manage client receivables • Maintain organized open and paid invoice records • Manage recurring company expenses (utilities, insurance, subscriptions, etc.) • Track job costs and support project financial accuracy • Assist with month-end close preparation • Support year-end 1099 preparation with accounting partners • Coordinate closely with external bookkeepers and accountants What You’ll Do - Office & Operations Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations • Maintain company systems, documentation, and workflows • Support proposal preparation and contract administration • Coordinate scheduling, inspections, meetings, and internal communication • Maintain project documentation, contracts, and change orders • Support onboarding logistics and HR administration • Track insurance, bonding, and subcontractor compliance • Ensure the office operates smoothly, professionally, and efficiently • Act as a liaison between ownership, design teams, project management, and clients Who We’re Looking For - Are You the Right Fit?
