Overview: We are seeking a skilled Leader for an On-Site Project Manager to oversee local operations for a professional services company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project coordination, people management, and janitorial services, along with proficiency in floor care. Bilingual-Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities: - Building customer relationships and employee management - Scheduling employees and coordinate project activities, resources, and equipment - Recruit, hire and onboard new hires - Deliver high level of customer service on a consistent basis - Collaborate with other stakeholders including contractors and suppliers - Train and develop staff for succession planning - Conduct daily inspections to ensure delivery of high level of service - Oversee project schedules to meet deadlines Qualifications: - Minimum of five years of Leadership experience required - Proven experience in janitorial services preferred - Bilingual-Spanish preferred - Knowledge of floor care is preferred but willing to train - Strong understanding of team dynamics and management of teams - Knowledge of workplace safety and ability to conduct safety meetings - Knowledge of computers and MS Office programs Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary of $45,000/year plus quarterly bonus • Eligible to participate in Quarterly Incentive program • Major Medical, Dental, Vision, and $100,000 company paid Life Insurance • Company cell phone and laptop provided • Paid Vacation Days • Paid Sick Days • Paid Holidays If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for leadership and management and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
