Full Description

Overview We are seeking a hands-on Omnichannel Creative Lead who thrives at the intersection of digital design, brand storytelling, and light web development. Unlike a purely high-level conceptual role, this position is highly tactical—focused on producing creative assets across digital channels while also contributing to retail interior design projects and CPG packaging development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading creative direction and rolling up their sleeves to design, animate, code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Creative Direction & Production • Own execution for digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all assets. • Design and produce a wide range of assets including digital display banners, motion graphics, email templates, and social media content. • Oversee visual storytelling, typography, and layout for marketing campaigns. • Web & Landing Page Development • Build, update, and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns (experience with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, or landing page builders required). • Partner with marketing to improve conversion rates through UX/UI best practices and A/B testing. • Motion & Interactive Design • Create short-form motion graphics, video edits, and animations for social and paid media. • Explore interactive formats and dynamic creatives to elevate campaign engagement. • Packaging & Retail Design • Participate in packaging design for CPG products, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering compelling shelf presence. • Partner with product and operations teams to develop packaging systems that balance creativity, scalability, and cost-efficiency. • Contribute to retail design concepts, including in-store displays, branded environments, and interior layouts that enhance customer experience. • Translate brand guidelines into physical spaces and packaging that strengthen consumer connection and loyalty. • Collaboration & Workflow • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and performance teams to align creative with campaign objectives. • Manage external vendors or freelancers for specialized creative needs. • Establish creative workflows and asset libraries for scalable production. Qualifications • 5–8 years of creative experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consumer brands. • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work: social assets, display ads, landing pages, and motion design. • Proficiency in design and motion tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects). • Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) or landing page platforms (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.). • Strong understanding of social and digital performance metrics, with the ability to adapt creative for performance. • Ability to balance creative vision with hands-on production in a fast-paced environment. Success in This Role Looks Like • Campaigns launch on time with high-performing, visually compelling assets across all channels. • Landing pages are designed and optimized to increase conversions and reduce bounce rates. • Familiarity with packaging production processes (dielines, print-ready artwork, material selection)—experience partnering on retail or interior design projects, including signage, display fixtures, or branded environments. • Strong balance of creative vision and hands-on production in a fast-paced environment. • The creative process is streamlined, with reusable templates and efficient workflows in place. • The brand is consistently represented across digital touchpoints, while also experimenting with fresh, innovative creative. #INDCORP Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
