Multisite Dental Operations Manager – Houston, TX Leadership Across 2-3 Practices | Competitive Base + Bonus + Benefits Position Overview We are seeking a Multisite Dental Operations Manager to oversee 2-4 dental practices in the Houston area with potential overlap in Dallas. This role provides hands-on leadership and support to local Office Managers and front office teams, ensuring each practice operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our culture and mission. The ideal candidate is an experienced dental office manager, an area practice manager, or a regional manager ready to take the next step—mentoring others, optimizing office performance, and fostering cohesive, patient-centered teams across multiple locations. Experience with multisite operations and/or supervision of large multi-chair dental offices with a PPO and private pay patient-base is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and support to Office Managers and front office teams. • Visit assigned offices weekly to ensure smooth operations and consistent patient experiences. • Partner with the operations team to align financial, operational, and cultural goals. • Track and analyze KPIs, including collections, scheduling efficiency, and patient flow. • Oversee and improve billing, insurance, and AR processes across assigned offices. • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of team members. • Support marketing and community outreach efforts to promote practice growth. • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work culture. Required Qualifications • Based in Houston, TX (required) with reliable transportation for daily site visits. • 3–5 years of dental office management experience (multi-site or large practice preferred). • Strong understanding of PPO insurance, billing, and revenue cycle management. • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with dental practice software. • Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities across locations. Preferred Qualifications • Experience overseeing 2+ dental offices or mentoring other office managers. • Understanding of P&L statements and operational performance metrics. • Background in team development and leadership coaching.
