SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing go-to-market strategies, supporting product launches, and scaling regional marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this position helps coordinate marketing programs, manage influencer partnerships, and develop localized marketing content and assets. This role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and external partners. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution • Support go-to-market (GTM) execution for new product launches and product updates, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. • Manage product transition tracking, including timelines and coordination with internal teams. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, organize, and distribute marketing assets and product samples. • Maintain accurate product information across internal systems including pricing, product specifications, and assortment updates. • Maintain and update key sales and marketing materials including presentation decks and product tracking documents. 2. Regional Marketing Content & Communications • Develop localized marketing content to support campaigns, product launches, and events. • Adapt global or corporate marketing assets for regional use when necessary. • Support execution of marketing communications including email campaigns, event materials, and sales support assets. • Assist with social media engagement and community management in coordination with the broader marketing team. • Monitor audience feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform future marketing initiatives. 3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing • Support management of influencer and ambassador partnerships to help expand brand awareness and product engagement. • Maintain an organized calendar of influencer campaigns aligned with product launches and marketing initiatives. • Assist with influencer outreach, onboarding, campaign coordination, and content delivery. • Track performance metrics including engagement and campaign impact. • Monitor program budgets and report on performance outcomes. 4. Trade Marketing, PR & Events • Support development of PR materials including press releases, product information, and media assets. • Assist with development and updates to marketing collateral and catalogs. • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and marketing events including product samples, materials, and booth preparation. • Assist with reporting on event performance and media coverage. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Working Conditions / Travel • Remote role with periodic in-person meetings required. • Travel required for trade shows, events, and company meetings. Physical Requirements • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. • Occasional lifting of marketing materials or product samples (up to 25 lbs). QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, product marketing, or coordinator role. • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives preferred. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Experience supporting influencer or social media programs. • Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and KPIs. • Familiarity with marketing platforms, content management tools, and social media analytics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing or creative tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
