Warehouse Supervisor - Distribution | Troy, MI Distribution Company - Troy, Michigan Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year (salary position) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week, 30-minute unpaid lunch). Additional hours are paid at straight time. A distribution company in Troy, Michigan is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations. This is a full-time, hands-on warehouse supervisor role focused on shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and team leadership. The position is ideal for an experienced warehouse leader who wants responsibility, authority, and the opportunity to help build and improve warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse activities including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory accuracy, and order picking. This role requires direct supervision of warehouse staff, assigning work, monitoring productivity, enforcing safety standards, and addressing issues in real time. The supervisor will work on the warehouse floor daily, operating forklifts and assisting with warehouse tasks as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency. This position is a working warehouse supervisor role, not an office-only position. The supervisor will collaborate with leadership to improve warehouse organization, layout, inventory systems, and operational processes. When needed, the Warehouse Supervisor will independently manage daily operations and make decisions to ensure deadlines, accuracy, and productivity goals are met. The warehouse environment is clean, organized, and professionally managed with predictable weekday hours. Forklift experience is required, along with basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular warehouse duties. What We Are Looking For • 2+ years of supervisory experience • 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience Compensation for this Warehouse Supervisor position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience. This position does not include attendance bonuses; compensation is salary-based with additional hours paid at straight time.
