Managing Director, Turnaround and Restructuring About the Company Top-tier provider of expert consulting services Industry Management Consulting Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Turnaround and Restructuring. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the firm, responsible for originating and executing engagements with a focus on financial and operational turnaround. This role demands a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of financial and operational performance drivers, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams through complex, high-stakes situations. The Managing Director will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop strategic solutions, and implement plans that restore financial health and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include driving client engagements, maintaining trusted partnerships with stakeholders, designing and executing transformation strategies, and overseeing case delivery. The role also involves direct involvement in liquidity management, financial forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy and strategic relevance of all external deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, with an MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in financial analysis, restructuring, bankruptcy consulting, or turnaround management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and mentor a team of professionals.
