The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing financial due diligence engagements for both private equity and corporate clients. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the business, mentoring junior team members, and upholding the firm's reputation for excellence in the middle market. Key responsibilities include managing financial due diligence across various industries, analyzing financial performance, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with deal teams, tax advisors, and legal counsel to provide integrated solutions, as well as contributing to business development efforts. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in transaction advisory services, financial due diligence, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships.
