We are partnering with a well-established, multi-location brand to hire a Local Store Marketing (LSM) Manager to lead local marketing initiatives and community-driven activations across assigned markets. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, foot traffic, and local sales through strategic partnerships, grassroots marketing, and in-store promotions. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, deeply connected to the local market, and experienced in executing marketing strategies at the store or regional level. You will be: • Develop and execute local store marketing plans aligned with national and regional marketing strategies. • Plan and manage local activations including events, sponsorships, community partnerships, and grassroots initiatives. • Collaborate closely with store leadership and operations teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives at the store level. • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community stakeholders. • Manage local marketing budgets and track ROI for activations and campaigns. • Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, sales lift, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. • Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing efforts and in-store materials. • Support new store openings with localized marketing plans and launch activations. You will need: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in local, field, or store-level marketing, preferably within retail, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit environments. • Strong understanding of grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and community engagement. • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing local marketing performance. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned market as needed. • Required to live in The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, or Staten Island.
