Lead sourcing initiatives, manage tender processes, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to optimize business outcomes.
Several years of sourcing and commercial negotiation experience, vendor management expertise, contract drafting skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders • Lead assigned sourcing initiatives (strategic and tactical) of varying scope and complexity • Manage tender processes (RFPs, RFIs, e-Auctions) and supplier evaluations in cross-functional teams • Translate complex business requirements into effective sourcing strategies and deal structures • Develop pricing models, financial baselines, and business cases to support negotiations • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve optimal business outcomes • Draft and review contractual documents (e.g. agreements, amendments, task orders) ensuring compliance with internal standards • Monitor supplier performance and contribute to category strategies and market intelligence • Ensure adherence to corporate sourcing processes, tools, and data quality standards Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Supply Chain specialization is an advantage) • Several years of experience in sourcing and commercial negotiations across outsourcing categories (experience in financial services is a plus) • Strong expertise in vendor management, relationship building, and deal structuring • Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-million-dollar sourcing projects • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and sourcing tools (SAP Ariba knowledge preferred) • Solid experience in contract drafting and review • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Team-oriented, flexible, and motivated professional
