We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with deep expertise in Epic systems to lead complex healthcare IT initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage large-scale projects across hospital systems while ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Epic modules. Key Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end program management for Epic implementations and upgrades. • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Epic modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflows and system performance. • Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications for enterprise-level projects. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and IT security standards. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of project/program management experience in healthcare IT. • Extensive hands-on experience with Epic Inpatient, including: Willow, Beacon, Dorothy, Ambulatory, Stork, Cupid, Optime, Care Everywhere, CareConnect. • Broad Epic knowledge and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of hospital systems and healthcare IT environments. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
